The farm
Our holiday farm is in a sunny, quiet and central location, surrounded by vineyards, below the Kastellaz hill in the middle of Tramin. This superb spot with a view of the romantic church of St. Jakob, our vineyards and the wide lowlands amazes every guest. There are spacious terraces and balconies available for our guests to sunbathe and relax. The inviting garden with its countless Mediterranean plants is an oasis of well-being, too. Trampoline, table tennis, swing and sandbox are available for the children. Parking spaces with automatic entrance gates are available. We also have free-range chickens (no cockerel) that will provide you with a freshly-laid egg for your breakfast if you so wish!

Location & arrival
Arrival
Via the Brenner Pass, you drive 90 km on the A22 in the south of South Tyrol to the Tramin/Neumarkt exit. Always turn right at the 2 roundabouts in the direction of Tramin. At the entrance to Tramin, turn right again and continue north on the Weinstraße for 1 km.
At the end of town at the gas station, turn left into Josef Noldinstraße until you reach the Hotel Winzerhof. There you turn left over the bridge, immediately left down again and you are in a square with access to the dead end Julittagasse on the right!
