The farm
Our farm, which opened in 2020, is located in sun-kissed Söll, in the midst of our own apple orchards and pristine nature. From our sun terrace you have a far-reaching view of the entire valley, as well as of the wine village of Tramin and the surrounding wineries.
We let you take part in our life on the farm and offer you a unique insight into South Tyrolean apple cultivation.
Our connection with nature has inspired us to use natural products in our holiday apartments as well. The modern and spacious apartments in Klimahaus A also have underfloor heating, air conditioning, WiFi and a vacuum cleaner system.
As of 2026, a modern outdoor pool with panoramic views awaits you at Apfelhof. In between seasons, the pool is heated and pleasantly protected by a glass cover.

Location & arrival
Arrival
Take the “Neumarkt/Auer/Tramin” motorway exit and follow the town signs in the direction of Tramin and from there to Söll. Coming from the Reschen Pass, take the MeBo exit "Eppan" and drive via Eppan and Kaltern to Tramin and Söll. Arrived in Söll, drive past the church and the fire station and then turn left. You will find our farm on the right-hand side.
