The farm
Our lovingly run farm is located at 914 m in the middle of green meadows at the foot of the impressive Schlern massif. Enjoy the peace and quiet on the farm or explore the nearby, picturesque Seiser Alm. In summer, the Völser Weiher, which is within walking distance, offers a refreshing dip in the cool water. In the evening you can end your day with a wonderful sunset and a cozy barbecue. For your children we offer a large playground and a small petting zoo. In winter you can use the wide range of winter sports in the Gröden/Seiser Alm ski area, which you can reach in 5 minutes by car.

Location & arrival
Arrival
Coming from the south, take the Bozen-Nord motorway exit and drive via the LS24 to Schlerngebiet. About 3 km after Völs am Schlern is the beginning of the St. Konstantin area. Turn left immediately after the place-name sign (before the church) and follow the Dosserhof signs for 500 m to the farm.
Coming from the north, take the Klausen motorway exit and first drive on the SS12 to Waidbruck. Then keep left and take the LS24 to Schlerngebiet in the direction of Völs am Schlern. After arriving in the St. Konstantin area, turn right after the beautiful little church of St. Konstantin and follow the signs to Dosserhof for 500 m to the farm.
