This is where the humble pear makes its grand entrance. A few drops of pomegranate syrup give the fruity juice and brandy a delicate note.

Ingredients

1 glass

• ice cubes
• 200
  pear juice
• 50 ml
  Williams pear brandy
• a few drops of pomegranate syrup
• a sprig of lavender and a slice of pear to garnish

• 1.

  Step
  Put the ice cubes in a tall glass and add the pear juice and Williams.
• 2.

  Step
  To top it off add a few drops of pomegranate syrup to colour the drink.
• 3.

  Step
  A sprig of fresh lavender and a slice of pear can be used as a garnish.
