1red bell pepper (finely diced)

Instructions - Pickled courgettes

StepCut the courgettes and onions into thin slices. -

StepPrepare stock from the sugar, vinegar, diced paprika, salt, water and garlic clove. -

StepWhen the stock boiling, add the courgettes and onions and simmer for another 5 minutes. -
4.
StepThen pour the hot stock into jars with screwtop lids and turn upside down until all contents are cool. -
