The farm
The Strasserhof is one of the oldest wine farms in Eisacktal valley and was first mentioned in writing in 1100 AD. The winery is located in Neustift (Vahrn), one of the northernmost wine growing regions in South Tyrol, at an altitude of 680 m.
The Strasserhof has seven rooms and one holiday apartment and knows how to score points with its uniquely sunny location in the middle of idyllic grapevines.
Since 2003 the grapes have been processed and marketed within the family business. On the approx. 5 hectares of vineyards, mainly white wine varieties such as Müller Thurgau, Grüner Veltliner, Sylvaner, Riesling, Sauvignon, Kerner and Gewürztraminer are grown and one type of red wine; the Zweigelt.

Arrival
By car via the A22: choose the tollbooth "Brixen Nord-Pustertal (Vahrn)" and turn left on the SS49 in the direction of Pustertal valley. Turn right at Aicha in the direction of Neustift. At the crossroads at Schabs, turn right and follow the main street. After approx. 2.5 km, turn left onto Unterrain road, following the course of the road straight ahead for approx. 1 km.
By train and bus: The closest train station to reach us is Brixen. You can continue by bus to Neustift/Pacher. You are welcome to use our pick-up service on arrival and departure.
