Wine is everywhere in the lakeside wine village of Kaltern am See, and in its honour, the Kaltern Town Band has been celebrating the popular "Kalterer Weinfest" for decades. On four subsequent evenings, the ‘Kellereistraße’ (wine cellar street) in Kaltern is transformed into a large festival. Great music, typical dishes such as 'Strauben', meat and pasta dishes as well as Kaltern wine are of course all part of the party.
