Knowing where it's from
Simmental, Fleckvieh and Limousin cattle breeds are kept at Wieserhof for suckler cow husbandry and meat production. The approximately 20 cattle and their calves enjoy the free range barn, the meadows around the farm and in summer the peace and quiet on Vöraner Joch and on the alpine pasture in Sarntal valley. They are fed on the company's own feed, for which the farm cultivates meadows and corn fields.
