The Aichner family lives and works at Wieserhof. Young farmer Markus took over the farm from his father Anton and in 2009 converted it from a dairy farm to a meat production company. With his training as a butcher, he has the best know-how to produce high-quality meat. He and his father farm meadows and corn fields together, look after suckler cows, calves and cattle, process the meat and market it too. As a result, they have managed to generate all the revenue on the farm.
