Farmer Robert manages the business, the workers, the wineries and orchards with a lot of commitment. He shows his passion for wine in farm tours and wine tastings. He also runs a wine bar in the heart of Kaltern, and as president of the Kaltern ski club, he is a passionate skier and half marathon runner. After his career as a ski racer, his son is now a ski instructor and an enthusiastic outdoor athlete. He is now also working full-time on the farm and manages everything from the grape harvest, through the cellar, to the bottle and sales. He is also currently training to become a certified sommelier. Meanwhile, Robert's wife Birgit and grandma Anna Maria take care of the holiday apartments on the farm and produce hearty farm products. In addition, Grandma Anna Maria cooks for the whole family according to the motto: Good and lots.
