Farmer Stefan started keeping six laying hens for his own use in 2009 and has constantly increased production of free-range eggs since. He is hugely motivated by seeing his hens happy on the farm and his customers satisfied with the high quality of the free-range eggs. His wife Karin is also actively involved on the farm. Their two sons Simon and Matthias still live on the farm and enjoy the hens.
