Spielberger Hof lies at 1000 metres above sea level on Pfeffersberg mountain near Brixen. We have brown laying hens with lots of space to roam, bathe in the sun and scratch around here. This and non-GM feed guarantee top-quality free-range eggs. "Seeing that my hens are happy means fulfilment for me as a farmer", stresses Stefan Schatzer.
