Knowing where it's from
The herbs for the syrups are all grown in the farm's own garden. The fresh mountain climate at 1,200 m and the sun-facing location with a stone wall for heat storage ensure optimal cultivation conditions. Due to the high altitude, the herbs grow more slowly and get an even more intense aroma. Manure from the farm's own cattle is used for occasional fertilization, otherwise the herbs are left completely untreated.
