The Riemerhof has been experiencing a breath of fresh air since 2017 with young farmer Patrick and his wife Melanie. Patrick's grandfather has managed the farm since 1949. For animal and nature lover Patrick it was clear that he would like to continue running the farm himself. In addition to their full-time work, Patrick and Melanie run the farm with a sustainable approach. Their goal is to breed a hardy, free-ranging breed of cattle and to feed the animals naturally with hay and herbs. In addition, Melanie discovered her passion in the production of syrups and salts. She collects and grows aromatic herbs and processes them further. Patrick also lends a hand when it comes to larger work in herb cultivation. The processing, the sale and the farm shop are teamwork.
