Knowing where it's from

The Forerhof farm is home to 1,500 white laying hens in a spacious barn with a conservatory for cold days. Farmer Hilda has also made sure that they have plenty of outdoor space. The hens can peck, scratch and hide in shelters over around 1 hectare of meadow. They are fed with GMO-free feed.

They lay premium white free-range eggs

Processing

Fresh from the nest, farmer Hilda checks and sorts each egg in the morning and stamps it with the egg code stamp. She then packs the eggs into cartons and delivers them to Ahrntal valley in the afternoon.
