Easy circular hike on the sunny side of Pichl via Wiesen and Oberpichl with lovely views.

From Hotel Stoll in Oberplanken, following the “Talblickweg” path into the valley to the Schuier and Kohler farms. At the first crossroad turn left, cross the stream and arrive at the Wiesen hamlet (Hotel Tyrol, refreshment stop). After crossing the main road you encounter the well-known Sacred Heart Chapel. Following the street uphill you reach Oberpichl and whilst enjoying a beautiful view, you pass typical farmsteads to the parish church of St. Nicholas. Going past the Hotel Gschwendt (refreshment stop) taking the road on the left, you proceed along the street that leads to the Henzing hamlet. Shortly after you encounter a country lane on your left, that you need to follow to reach the Binta Pub Restaurant-Pizzeria (refreshment stop). From there continue for a couple of meters near the main road so that you reach a junction where you turn right and continue to the Durnwald hamlet past the Durnwald Restaurant (refreshment stop). At the Maria Hilf Chapel turn left and continue past Hotel Waldheim to the starting point.
