Coming from the west:
Reschen pass, Bozen, Brixen and national road Pustertaler Staatsstraße to Bruneck – turn left into the Ahrntal Valley - Mühlen in Taufers/Molini di Tures - Mühlwald/Lappach/Selva dei Molini/Lappago

Coming from the east:
Motorway Tauernautobahn or Felbertauern tunnel to Lienz and continue on to Innichen -Toblach - Bruneck – turn right into the Ahrntal Valley - Mühlen in Taufers/Molini di Tures - Mühlwald/Lappach/Selva dei Molini/Lappago

Coming from the south:
Verona – Trento – Bozen – Motorway Brennerautobahn to the exit at Brixen – national road Pustertaler Staatsstraße Bruneck – turn left into the Ahrntal Valley - Mühlen in Taufers/Molini di Tures - Mühlwald/Lappach/Selva dei Molini/Lappago

Start at the bus stop Zinsbach below Lappago following the road through the fields - continue straight on to the Kneipp facility. From there maybe back to the start.
50 m elevation, walking time 1 hour, easy winter walking, partly through woods. Outbound = return route. Accessible by bus from bus stop Zinsbach. Refreshments in Lappago.
