Coming from the Puster Valley, turn into the Sexten Valley at Innichen and continue to Moos. Coming from the Kreuzberg Pass, follow the main road. Start at the parking lot at the Kreuzberg Pass.
Line 446, bus stop Kreuzberg Pass; alternatively, line 440 during the high season
The starting point for the hike is the Kreuzberg Pass (1,636 m). From the pass, follow trail no. 131 to the left towards Nemes Alm or Klammbachalm and climb up to a crossroads. There, take trail no. 149, which branches off to the right and leads to Coltrondoalm.
The trail is varied, with short ascents and descents through shady forest, past the idyllic Lago dei Rospi, until you finally reach the road. From here, it is only a few metres to the cosy Coltrondoalm (1,879 m), which invites you to take a break and refresh yourself.
After the break, follow trail no. 156, which leads on to the Nemes Alm (1,877 m). From there, you can either hike back to the Kreuzberg Pass via trail no. 131 or descend to Moos via trail no. 13. Alternatively, you can return to the Kreuzberg Pass via the same route.
