The trail leads from the pitoresque Prati village through the forest upwards to the Gschließegg panoramic point and further to Sprechenstein castle, where you will find a nice overview on the Vipiteno valley bottom.

Vipiteno - Prati - Parco Comunale.

Start by the Wiesen Comunal Park, over the bridge and along the road to the first turn. Furtheron on the "Prantlweg" trail to the "Schnaggweg" junction. Here following trail 4A upwards the forest on a steep trail until the forestal road (mark 4A). Turn on the left and up to the Gschließegg (1622m). In direction West along the Pfunderer Höhenweg trail to the "Pirchmahder" pastures and descent on mark 24 and 24B to Sprechenstein castle. Return to Wiesen on mark 24. Lunch possibility: Hofschenke Sprechenstein castle
