- Take a short break at Passo San Lugano and enjoy the view.
- Visit Castello di Molina and explore the surroundings.
We start in the village centre of Truden im Naturpark (1,127 m) and cycle to Kaltenbrunn, passing the Kaltenbrunn inn. From there, we climb gently for about 100 m of elevation gain to San Lugano. From Passo San Lugano, the route descends to Molina and continues onto the cycle path into Val di Fiemme. The route partly follows quiet asphalt roads as well as forest and meadow paths.

Make sure your bike is in good condition and bring a helmet, drinks, suitable clothing and a small emergency kit.

Truden im Naturpark can be easily reached via the A22 Brenner Motorway. Take the Neumarkt–Auer exit and follow the signs towards Montan a.d.W. and Truden im Naturpark.
- From Bolzano train station, take the train to Neumarkt-Tramin railway station. There, change to bus line 144 and get off at the Truden im Naturpark, Church stop.
- From Bolzano train station, take bus line 120 to the Neumarkt bus station. There, change to bus line 144 and get off at the Truden im Naturpark, Church stop.
Please check in advance whether bicycles can be taken on the bus.
The tour starts next to St. Blasius Church in Truden i.N. and follows Joseph-Mayr-Nusser-Straße towards San Lugano. Passing the Chiesa di Sant’Antonio di Padova, the route continues to Castello di Molina. There, the Adige River is crossed and the route reconnects with a cycle path.
