Parking
There is a parking lot at the Feldthurns fire station that is accessible to visitors. This parking lot is centrally located and well signposted. You can reach it directly from Klausen and from Brixen you have to turn left at the crossroad in the village towards Klausen.
Parking is also available directly at the playground in Feldthurns. From Klausen, turn left at the crossroad in the village. From Brixen you pass the village until after the crossroad at the bakery. The parking lot is on the right-hand side.

Getting to the starting point of the tour or point of interest by public transport is easy and convenient.
General description
From Feldthurns, take trail 18, which brings you to Schnauders. From there, follow trails no. 17 and 16 to Garn, where trail no. 10 leads on to Verdings and then no. 3 down to Moar zu Viersch. From there, the Chestnut Trail leads you back to Feldthurns.
