The leisurely toboggan run winds for about 4.7 kilometres through the winter landscape above Vöran.

Use of the toboggan run is at your own risk. Weather-related changes (e.g. temperature fluctuations, snowfall or icing) can occur at any time and affect the condition of the track. Icy, hard or uneven sections are to be expected. Helmets are compulsory for children and adults.
Tobogganing is at your own risk.

Everybody is obligated to wear a homologated protection helmet. 
No sledge rental!

  • Parking area near the festival ground in Vöran/Verano, on charge
  • Small parking place near the Leadner Alm mountain hut

Coming from both directions of the freeway Meran/Merano - Bolzano/Bozen (MEBO), take the exit of Meran Süd/Merano Sud and follow directions towards Meran first, to then turn right towards Hafling/Avelengo, follow the street to Vöran/Verano – the parking place is located above Grüner Baum Restaurant and Das Stübele Restaurant.
In winter the street to the Leadner Alm Mountain Hut is open for the traffic, parking place near the Mountain hut.

With the bus to the bus stop "Sportplatz Vöran", from there about 30 min. by foot to the Leadner Alm Mountain Hut:

  • Bus no. 204 "Hafling - Vöran - Mölten - Terlan - Bozen"
  • Bus no. 225 "Meran - Hafling - Falzeben" (until Hafling Dorf, than change to busline no. 204)

The tobogganing trail runs through the winter forest from the Vöraner Alm Mountain Hut at 1,870 m altitude to the Leadner Alm Mountain Hut (1,514 m). The trail is also used as a hiking trail and is prepared.
The starting point can only be reached on foot (1.5 hours). No toboggan rental in place.
