Accessible by public transport. The timetables are available on www.sii.bz.it.

From the village center the trail no. 1 passes at the right side of the parish church and goes along the stream to Wahlen/San Silvestro and straight ahead on until the turnoff to the Silvestertal/Valle San Silvestro valley. Once there, on the left side, the path no. 24 leads in the middle of the wood to Frondeigen/Franadega.
