Round trip along the ancient "Waalweg" (irrigation channel) of Rabland
Due to the limited parking facilities in the municipality of Parcines and in the spirit of sustainability, as well as the protection of the Parcines recreational area, we ask you to use public transport. Thank you very much!

In Meran and surroundings you can promenade along the ancient water canals, the so-called "Waalwege". The Waalweg in Rabland/Rablà is a tranquil circular hiking trail, perfect for a pleasant walk the whole year round for the whole family!

From the center of Rabland you walk to the St. Jacob's Church and pass the Hotel Hanswirt with the well-known Roman milestone. Continue along the Geroldstraße between houses and through orchards to the western entrance of the Rablander Waalweg (irrigation channel) at the Happichl inn. From there you follow the idyllic Rablander Waalweg in a half-hour, at the end you sharp right and you reach again on a narrow road in 20 minutes the centre of Rabland.
