By mid-June, the Prato swimming pool is set to re-open for the season. Situated in the sporting area in Prato allo Stelvio, young and old gather to swim, play in the water and just relax in the sun. With over 300 days of sunshine per year, it is guaranteed enjoyment for all. In summer there are also several evenings with live music programmes.

The greatest attraction of the small beach is the 42-meter-long slide, accompanied by a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. The ample lawn provides enough space to accommodate those wishing to relax and play, while smaller revellers have another pool all to themselves.

Von Meran, sowie vom Reschenpass kommend die Abfahrt von Spondinig nach Prad am Stilfserjoch nehmen. Vom Dorfzentrum von Prad geht es, vorbei am Nationalparkhaus aquaprad und der Beschilderung in Richtung Sportzone (Freibad) folgen.
