The 5 km long hiking trail serves the purpose of discovering the great diversity of species in the nature of the Ultental Valley.
Der Naturlehrpfad steigt von St. Pankraz kurz an, durchquert dann in mehr oder weniger gleichbleibender Höhe die Hänge und endet schließlich unter dem Schloss Eschenlohe. Die Rückkehr erfolgt über den beschriebenen Weg.
