The Rasner Möser biotope is a protected natural area – please stay on the marked paths. The nature trail is especially exciting for children, as there is a lot to discover along the way. On warm days, the shaded forest sections make the hike particularly pleasant.

The nature experience circular hike through the Rasner Möser biotope is a particularly varied and family-friendly tour around Oberrasen. It leads through one of the most valuable wetland areas in the Antholz Valley and combines nature, activity and fascinating insights into the local flora and fauna.

Starting from the cultural house in Oberrasen, the route first follows a quiet road to the edge of the forest. From there, you enter the protected Rasner Möser biotope – a fascinating moorland area with a nature trail. Wooden boardwalks lead through the wetland, allowing visitors to experience nature up close without disturbing the environment. This section is especially exciting for children.

The route then continues through shaded forest to Bad Salomonsbrunn and finally follows the Antholz stream back to Oberrasen.

The tour can be adapted flexibly and is ideal for families, nature lovers and anyone looking for a peaceful and educational walk.

Comfortable hiking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing and sufficient water are recommended. The tour is suitable for families; in wet conditions, the boardwalks can be slippery in places.
