Start from Sexten, passing the church, in direction “Mitterberg / Monte di Mezzo”, further to the “Lärchenhütte/Rifugio Larici” and then to the “Helm/Monte Elmo”.  From there to the “Hahnspielhütte/Rifugio Gallo Cedrone” and further on a wide and well paved road towards the “Sillianerhütte/Rifugio Sillianer”, at the "Hornischeck" is starting the "Monte Elmo Trail" .  In the beginning a slightly flowing trail, but then relatively steep with many curves towards the “Negerdörfl/Sette baracche”, further to the "Molino Trail"and then descent passing the  "Trojer" farms to the valley to theBike Academy Sextner Dolomiten
