Route description

Starting point: Valley station of the cable car to the Plan de Corones in Reischach/Riscone. Follow the signs of the path AVS no. 6A.

Possibility to go up or down with the cable car: in the summer (middle of June to beginning of October) is running the cable car Kronplatz/Plan de Corones.

General description

A challenging, 4 - 5 hour hike to the top of Kronplatz/Plan de Corones for trained hikers.

How to Get There By car via the A 22 Brenner Motorway, exit Bressanone/Brixen in Val Pusteria/Pustertal Valley; via the main Val Pusteria Valley road to Brunico/Bruneck approx. 25 km or via the main highway from Lienz/Eastern Tyrol. Once arrived in the town center of Brunico take the street to Riscone/Reischach on Plan de Corones/Kronplatz and parc the car near the valley station.
