This walk leads from Laion to Ceves and up to the Unterpulghütte hut, and from there to the Ramitzler Schwaige hut. Along the way there are beautiful views of the Dolomites.

Coming from the north you will reach our region via Munich - Kufstein - Innsbruck - Brenner - Klausen (exit Chiusa / Val Gardena), the SS Val Gardena - at the roundabout in Novale/Ried-Lajen you turn to Lajen/Laion.  From here you are within a few minutes in your resort Lajen.

Von Klausen sowie von St. Ulrich erreicht man Lajen stündlich mit dem Bus 351.

From Laion (1,093 m), the Poststeig trail leads east through the fields to Ceves (1,212 m, refreshments served). From there trail no. 34 follows an ascending forest path, past the old Außergspoi (1,342 m) farmsteads and Nuflatsch (1,447m) and past the Unterpulghütte hut (1,550 m; refreshments served). Trail no. 35 leads on in an uphill direction to Ramitzler Schwaige hut (1,815 m; refreshments served). Return along the same route.
