No. 046: The mountain bike tour starts in Toblach/Dobbiaco and leads in a north-easterly direction over the road, past Wahlen/San Silvestro, into the Silvestertal/Valle San Silvestro valley. About 1.5 km after Wahlen, the tour branches off on the left and goes uphill to just below the hamlet of Frondeigen/Franadega. This is where the forest path begins, which leads in a westerly direction. Shortly after the start of the forest path, the highest point of the tour is reached. From there the round tour goes downhill through the forest into the Gsiesertal/Val Casies. Out of the valley, always along the stream, on the bike path to Welsberg/Monguelfo. From there, the paved Pustertal/Val Pusteria cycle path leads back to the starting point in Toblach.

This some demanding eMTB tour leads to the neighboring Gsiesertal/Val Casies valley, where the demanding part, i.e. the vertical meters, is covered first. The second part of the round tour only has a small altitude difference.
