The FLOW definition was invented for this trail: the path initially has individual "bumps", which can, but not at all costs be jumped. The track continues with a very fluid line with numerous parabols under the upstream station of the Dantercepies lift, up to the intermediate station. Beginners and advanced, but also kids will enjoy a world on this trail. Repeating the Flow Trail will not be a problem: thanks to the Dantercepies lifts, bikers and bikes will be transported from the intermediate station to the upstream station in the shortest time.

From the top station of Dantercepies descends the bike trail to the middle station.

Start: below the mountain station Dantercepies

With the summer bus 357 from the center of Selva Val Gardena to the valley station of the cable car Dantercepies, otherwise with the bus 471 until the Passo Gardena.

From Selva Val Gardena go up with the cable car Dantercepies, otherwise from the Passo Gardena until the station of the cable car. Here starts the bike trail descending until the middle station. The trail initially has individual “bumps”, which can be jumped. The path continues with a very fluid line with numerous curves under the upstream station of the Dantercepies lift, to the intermediate station. To repeat the trail the bikers and their bikes will be transported from the intermediate station of the Dantercepies cable car to the top.
