Only a few alpine huts offer such a fantastic view over the Vinschgau Valley as the Assenhütte.

Before setting out on your day excursion, please make sure of the weather and trail conditions.
Kurze, einfache Tour, die im kleinen Weiler Videgg beginnt. Die Videgger Assen sind eine Ansammlung von steilen Hochalmen, die im Sommer immer noch von Hand gemäht werden.

Paid parking spaces in the underground garage below the Raiffeisen bank or in the “Baumann” parking lot.

The tour starts in the centre of Schenna. You can reach the starting point via Merano. Follow the signs towards Schenna and drive to the village centre.

The bus lines in Schenna do not transport bicycles.
