Route description

The path starts from Hl.-Kreuz (Rienz bridge) or from Sonnenburg at the turnoff with Lothen/Campolino and leads to the starting point. The educational path takes you to historically relevant spots and archaeological places in and around St. Lorenzen/S. Lorenzo di Sebato. The trail leads to ancient settlements of the Bronze, Iron and Roman Ages. You can take a glimpse at the history of settlement in the area on 16 information boards with narrative texts and at the same time experience a piece of untouched nature and landscape.
