· Respect signage and stay on the trail/path
· Close pasture gates and don’t scare/stroke animals
· Always ride in a way that allowes you to stop in case of emergency (ride with foresight)
· Use your brakes smoothly in order not to ruin trails, paths and gravel roads
General description

This route leads mainly downhill across the Seiser Alm, past the imposing Langkofel group, and links the Seiser Alm with Selva, the set-off point for the spectacular Sella Ronda. This tour is recommended for experienced riders accompanied by a guide.

Route description

To get to the set-off point for the Sella Ronda in the neighbouring Val Gardena, take the main road from the village of Compatsch on the Seiser Alm to Saltria and continue along the forest road to Monte Pana. The following stretch of the trail gets you ready for the countryside trails of the Sella Ronda. At the end of this route, you will come to the Ciampinoi valley station, with direct access to the Sella Ronda in the counter-clockwise direction. To take the Sella Ronda clockwise, head a little further uphill to the Dantercepies valley station. Important: Check the opening times of the lifts beforehand!
