The link route to the Niger Pass, where you can easily access one of the Eggental valley MTB routes, begins above St. Zyprian village centre. At the bus station, the route turns to the right onto the “Hinterboden” forest trail, crosses the Rio di Tires and leads past the tree nursery. The winding trail covers 550 metres of elevation difference, uphill all the way. Before the Eggental valley MTB trails begin, you can stop for refreshments at the Refuge Niger Pass Hütte mountain hut.
