The central starting point is the railway underpass at Niederdorf/Villabassa.
In a westerly direction, after 2 km and an altitude difference of 52 m, the trail connects to the marathon trail leading to Prags/Braies.
In an easterly direction, after 3 km and an altitude difference of 30 m, it links to the trails towards Toblach/Dobbiaco, the Nordic Arena, Lake Toblach/Dobbiaco, Carbonin, Innichen/San Candido, and Sexten/Sesto.

The responsible cross-country skier never leaves rubbish on the trail and does not harm the environment.
