This 'Standlschmaus', or 'food stand feast', really lives up to its name: the whole gamut of local cuisine is there, such as 'Knödel' dumplings, 'Tirtlen' pancakes, 'Schlutzkrapfen' ravioli, polenta with chanterelle mushrooms and something sweet to finish off with like 'Strauben' funnel cake or strudel. You can go from stand to stand – you can stop at several in this case – and really enjoy an open-air feast.
