An ecologically run farm fulfils the following criteria:

• a classification of at least four flowers.
• breakfast with at least twelve different products and herbal tea, juice and seasonal fruit and vegetables.
• at least four of the farm's own products available to buy.
• at least three non-alcoholic farm-made drinks available.
• compliance with the criteria according to the specifications of the KlimaHaus Agency for ecological farms.
• weekly guided tours of the farm with a focus on the ecologically run farm.
• quiet and low-traffic location.
• no high-voltage lines above the farmstead.
• a green area completely separated from traffic.
• house and herb garden for guests.
• space to relax in nature.
• all interiors are smoke-free zones.
• possibility to wash, dry and iron clothes.
• the bedrooms have wooden floors.
• if arriving or departing by bus or train, the guest will be picked up or dropped off personally.
• specialist literature on the topics of health and well-being is available in German and Italian.
