An ecologically run farm fulfils the following criteria:
- a classification of at least four flowers.
- breakfast with at least twelve different products and herbal tea, juice and seasonal fruit and vegetables.
- at least four of the farm's own products available to buy.
- at least three non-alcoholic farm-made drinks available.
- compliance with the criteria according to the specifications of the KlimaHaus Agency for ecological farms.
- weekly guided tours of the farm with a focus on the ecologically run farm.
- quiet and low-traffic location.
- no high-voltage lines above the farmstead.
- a green area completely separated from traffic.
- house and herb garden for guests.
- space to relax in nature.
- all interiors are smoke-free zones.
- possibility to wash, dry and iron clothes.
- the bedrooms have wooden floors.
- if arriving or departing by bus or train, the guest will be picked up or dropped off personally.
- specialist literature on the topics of health and well-being is available in German and Italian.
