The farm
Welcome to the Winterklaubhof in Seis am Schlern. Our Winterklaubhof is located at the foot of the Schlern, surrounded by meadows and forest, at 1100 m above sea level. You will find us in a quiet location, easily accessible, 5 minutes from the village center. We offer you the following farm products: Milk, eggs, honey, jam, vegetables and herbs from the garden are available to our guests depending on the season. In 2010 our farm was completely renovated and expanded and our holiday apartments were completed and opened. Playground, barbecue area, various animals are just a few of the offers for young and old. Exciting hikes, mountain tours and excursions on foot or by bike - everything is possible from our farm. We always strive to ensure that our guests have a relaxing and unforgettable holiday.

Location & arrival
Arrival
From the north: take the Klausen exit on the A22 motorway, continue to Waidbruck and then in the direction of Schlerngebiet, via Kastelruth to Seis. In Seis drive to the bus station, where you turn left towards Bad Ratzes. Up this road for about 500m and at the crossroads turn right. Now continue for about 200 m and the second farm on the right is the Winterklaubhof.
From the south: take the Bozen Nord exit on the A22 motorway, continue to Blumau and then in the direction of Schlerngebiet. You will pass Völs, St. Anton, St. Konstantin and then get to Seis am Schlern. After the roundabout, the petrol station and the bus station, turn right towards Bad Ratzes. Continue up this road for about 500 m and at the crossroads turn right. Now continue for about 200 m and the second farm on the right is the Winterklaubhof.
