Coming from the west:
Take the 'Brixen - Pustertal' motorway exit and follow the Pustertaler road to Welsberg. At the roundabout in front of the village, turn towards Gsiesertal valley and turn left at the traffic lights before entering the village. Then continue into the valley to the turn-off to Ausserpichl (shortly after the Binta Pub) and turn sharp left at the church, past the Hotel Gschwendt and continue for almost 2.5 km to the hamlet of Schintlholz.
Coming from the east:
Via the Pustertaler road to Welsberg into the village centre. Shortly after leaving the centre, turn right towards Gsiesertal valley.
