The farm
Family-friendly farm with orchards and vineyards in a quiet, sunny location. Holidays with us mean relaxation, recreation, games and fun, but also peace, nature and a beautiful view.
Ideal starting point for bike tours, hikes, walks, bus rides and swimming fun. We are outside the village, but still central.

Location & arrival
Arrival
Coming from the Brenner Pass or Puster valley, take the Bozen Süd motorway exit and take the MeBo expressway in the direction of Meran. Take the Eppan exit immediately after the tunnel.
If you are arriving via the Reschen Pass, drive on the main road to Meran and then take the MeBo expressway in the direction of Bozen. Take the last Eppan exit.
After arriving in St.Michael-Eppan, drive in the direction of Montiggl before the underpass. After 200 m drive into the roundabout and leave it in the direction of Montiggl (Lake). After about 100 m turn into Wartlweg street. Keep driving straight ahead. The farm is at the end of the street.
