The farm
Spend the best hours of the year in our family business! Spacious and comfortably furnished apartments await you in our farmhouse, which offer you a beautiful view of the South Tyrolean mountain landscape and to the south the fantastic view of Lake Kaltern.
Our Siganatenhof impresses with its unique, quiet location, and yet the restaurants and the bus stop are only a two-minute walk away. Furthermore, the bread roll service and entry to the beach and outdoor pool at Lake Kaltern are included. You can also use our swimming pool with a large sunbathing area and enjoy the sun. For our bookworms there is a library with lots of reading material and community games for everyone!
Whether big or small, everyone feels comfortable with us. Comfort and elegance combined with coziness and feeling good is the most important thing for us!

Location & arrival
Arrival
Take the Bozen Süd motorway exit and then take the expressway in the direction of Meran. After a few kilometers take the exit towards Eppan/Weinstraße/Kaltern. Arrived after 10 km in Kaltern, drive at the 3rd roundabout in the direction of the Mendel Pass as far as the St. Nikolaus fraction. At the entrance to the village, take the driveway right next to the Zur Linde restaurant. The first driveway on the right is the start of your vacation.
