The Schoaterhof in Ratschings near Sterzing is a traditional South Tyrolean organic farm where you can spend your holidays in the midst of nature that has hardly been touched by tourism and at the same time experience everyday farming life up close. We keep several endangered breeds of domestic animals. We also love the fresh vegetables and fruit from our garden. At breakfast you can enjoy our regional, tasty products from organic farming. The beautiful Ratschings Valley, which branches off from the Wipptal to the west, begins right on our doorstep - to the northwest runs the Ridnaun Valley, which is no less worth seeing, where active holidaymakers and those interested in culture will find many worthwhile excursion destinations.
