Are you looking for restful peace or a special nature experience? We are located directly at the Schlern-Rosengarten nature park in the picturesque village of Prösels, near the historic castle.
On our beautiful farm we rent a holiday apartment with a large terrace and a fantastic mountain view.
We would like to emphasize that we only rent one apartment and therefore you can expect a lot of privacy.
We also have a large, beautiful outdoor area with games and a lawn for sunbathing.

Location & arrival
Arrival
The best way to reach us by car is via the A 22 Brenner motorway. Take the Bozen-Nord motorway exit and then take the state road in the direction of the Brenner Pass to Blumau. There the state road forks - keep to the left and branch off in the direction of Seiser Alm. After about 2 km, turn onto the state road in the direction of Tiers/Rosengarten and after about 3 km you will arrive in Prösels.
