The farm
The Roanerhof is located near the village of Jenesien surrounded by apple orchards and vegetable gardens. It is a good starting point for hikers and for day trips, as you can be in the capital, Bolzano, in ten minutes. The bus stop can be reached in a few minutes on foot. You can reach the village center of Jenesien on foot by crossing a small piece of the forest and the village in about 20-25 minutes. Jenesien is known as a rider's and hiker's paradise, the dense network of hiking trails invites you to mountain tours, walks or mountain biking.

Location & arrival
Arrival
Coming from the north, it is best to leave the motorway at the Bozen Nord exit and continue in the direction of Bolzano via the Rentsch district. Then follow the signs for Sarntal and finally Jenesien.
Now switch off your navigation system, otherwise it could take you to your destination via the old road. Once you have crossed the St. Anton Bridge, turn left and after about 200 m turn right again. You are now on the road towards Jenesien. After a 10-15 minute drive up the hill, at km 8, turn left (there is a large sign saying Hofladen – Roanerhof). After approx. 20 m turn right and after another approx. 500 m turn right again.
Coming from the south, leave the Bozen Süd motorway exit and follow the generously posted signs.
