The farm
Strong together - connected to nature - characterized by quality.
With these mottos we describe our idea of a natural product that is connected to our homeland. Our small winery in Kardaun, on the slopes of Bozen, tells a 700-year-old story. As young South Tyrolean winegrowers, we, the brothers Markus and Thomas, would like to revive it and write an exciting part of it. The Pitznerhof once served as an armory for Karneid Castle. The name "Pitzner" is derived from the former "Büchsner" - the former can maker. Today, our family cultivates the varieties Grauburgunder, Chardonnay, Goldmuskateller, Vernatsch, Blauburgunder, Merlot and Lagrein on a total of 5.5 hectares of vineyards, some of which have very steep slopes.

Location & arrival
Arrival
Leave the motorway at the Bozen Nord exit and drive west on the A-road (towards Bozen) following it for 1.4 km. Then turn left towards Eggentaler Straße, follow the signs for Kardaun/Karneid. Follow the road for approx. 100 m, then turn left onto Karneiderstraße in the direction of Karneid and follow this for approx. 700 m. Your destination will be on the left.
