The farm
Spend your precious holiday with us and let yourself be enchanted by the peace, quiet and incomparable proximity ot the Dolomites. Our organic farm lies at 1300m above sea level in a unique, quiet, sunny panoramic spot at the foot of the Seiser Alm plateau between Kastelruth and the valley of Gröden. Surrounded by meadows and woodland, it makes the ideal base for lots of walks. Being close to the Seiser Alm and the valley of Gröden means that there is a wide range of ski lifts and pistes.

Description
We invite you to spend a wonderful time with us in our holiday apartment with a spacious eat-in kitchen and a rustic wood-burning stove, a double bedroom made of solid stone pine and a large south-facing balcony with a distant view. To live in harmony with nature, to enjoy the landscape and to leave everyday life behind.

Arrival
Approaching from the north: On the A22 Brenner motorway, take the Klausen exit and follow the road for about 6 km to Waidbruck. In Waidbruck turn left over the bridge, following the signs for Kastelruth/Seiser Alm-Schlerngebiet, you will reach Kastelruth after approx. 14 km. In Kastelruth follow the signs Grödental valley/St. Ulrich and reach St. Michael after approx. 4 km. You drive past the church, where after approx. 300 m you will see our access road to the left with the Oberstufelshof sign.
Approaching from the south: On the A22 Brenner motorway, take the Bozen Nord exit and follow the signs to the Schlern area. After approx. 9 km you will come to Blumau. In Blumau, at the crossing in the tunnel, turn left in the direction of the Schlern area, and you will reach Kastelruth after about 18 km. In Kastelruth follow the signs Grödental valley/St. Ulrich and reach St. Michael after approx. 4 km. You drive past the church, where after approx. 300 m you will see our access road to the left with the Oberstufelshof sign.
