Anyone who comes to St. Gertraud has found a place that not everyone knows and not everyone can find. At the head of the Ultental valley near Meran, where the end seems to be coming, a dreamlike, natural mountain landscape opens up. The mountain village of St. Gertraud is surrounded by lush meadows, clear mountain streams and dense forests of the Stilfserjoch National Park. A small village so high, so peaceful, so constant with its grazing fields, grazing cows and in the middle of it all our small mountain farm with its three cozy holiday apartments and a spicy and invigorating panorama sauna with hay beds.
Here vacation becomes what it should be - for pure relaxation for families, mountain lovers, nature lovers and that at any time of the year.

Location & arrival
Arrival
Take the MeBo expressway in the direction of Meran to the Meran Süd exit (industrial zone Lana). From there, drive in the direction of Lana, following the signs for "Ultental". At the entrance to Lana, turn right into Ultental. After a few hairpin bends you come to St. Pankraz, then on to St. Walburg, St. Nikolaus and finally to St. Gertraud. Shortly after the sign for St. Gertraud, turn left over a bridge in the direction of "Ultner Urlärchen". Then follow the road to the first group of houses and there you will find our sign and the farm entrance on your left. You can reach our farm via a paved road that is well cleared even in winter.
