The Obereggerhof, a typical Ulten mountain farm, is situated in a quiet, sunny location at 1270 m above sea level. From the farm there is a wonderful view over the village of St. Pankraz to the Meran valley basin.

Location & arrival
Arrival
Drive from Lana to St. Pankraz in Ultental valley. Continue through the village on the main road, past the reservoir to km 15.5. Then turn left in the direction of Laurein-Proveis. From there to mileage 3.5 (before the tunnel). Turn right here, drive up 100 m to the farm and your holiday can begin.
