The farm
Our farm is 815 m above sea level. The farm has a wonderful view of the village of Partschins, the waterfall and the Texel Group.
Our motto: far away from everyday life, stress and hectic. Fast in the valley and yet no hustle and bustle.

Location & arrival
Arrival
Coming from the Brenner Pass, follow the motorway to Bozen. Exit at Bozen-Süd and follow the expressway to Algund. Drive from Algund to Töll on the Vinschgauerstraße. At Töll, turn left at the large crossing with traffic lights and then follow Quadratstraße.
There are still 3 km of mountain road from Töll bridge, where you always stay to the left.
Coming from the Reschen or Ofen Pass, follow the Vinschgauerstraße to Töll. At Töll, turn right at the large crossing with traffic lights and follow Quadratstraße. Over the bridge, then left 3 km mountain road until you come to our farm.
There are still 3 km of mountain road from Töll bridge, where you always stay to the left.
Coming from the Reschen or Ofen Pass, follow the Vinschgauerstraße to Töll. At Töll, turn right at the large crossing with traffic lights and follow Quadratstraße. Over the bridge, then left 3 km mountain road until you come to our farm.
