The farm
Welcome to the Leitnhof! The heart in the south. A house under palm trees. Soft water, mild air. Silvery Olive Trees.
Holidays on a farm in southern South Tyrol in a quiet, sunny location near the town center in the midst of orchards and vineyards, close to wonderful bathing lakes, cycle paths and hiking opportunities.

Anyone who can speak South Tyrolean already knows: Our farm is located on a footpath on a gentle slope. The "Leitn" - that is the slope. However, the spacious garden around our house is wonderfully flat, the lawn is velvety and there are numerous nooks and crannies under the palm trees. Right down to a shady pergola with a table where mild evenings can be spent with a cool wine. Further around the house: Because the climate in the Überetsch is Mediterranean and the summer is long and hot, there is a swimming pool exclusivel
