Our farm is situated in a quiet location on a sunny slope, surrounded by fresh, clean mountain air, which is not only refreshing, but also guarantees you a restful night's sleep. Enjoy a unique panoramic view of the majestic mountains and the nearby lake.
Numerous hiking trails for summer adventures in the unspoilt mountain world start directly from the farm. Schwemmalm hiking and skiing area is only 4.5 km away and features perfect ski slopes in winter and varied mountain tours in summer.
Get to know life on the farm: Help with the stable work or bringing in the hay and meet our cows, pigs, chickens and cats. Fresh drinking water from our own mountain spring and the clear air ensure restful nights. An unforgettable nature experience awaits you!

Location & arrival
Arrival
Coming from the Bozen Süd motorway exit, continue on the MeBo in the direction of Meran. Take the Meran Süd exit and turn left in the direction of Lana/Ultental. At the first roundabout take the second exit and at the second roundabout take the first exit. Drive along the valley road to St. Walburg and cross the village to the Hotel Seerast, which is on the left-hand side of the road. There you turn right at the junction towards Larcherberg/Kalchgruberhof. After approx. 2 km on this road, our turn-off is on the right-hand side of the road with the sign "Kalchgruberhof". After approx. 1 km we welcome you to our farm.
